The purpose of this sub-chapter is to present the needs and the establishment of a winning project team. It clarifies the role and responsibility of each function and agree on the deliverables required.
Chapter 1.2 – 1.3: Certification & Training Program
These sub-chapters trace the certification & training program journey to become a MFG certified designer or project manager.
Chapter 2: Site Package Phase
The 2nd chapter includes general information about the site pack and the necessary contribution from the project team on site selection and design feasibilities study including CAPex estimation and schedule planning.
Chapter 3.1: Site Survey
The site survey helps to understand the site environment. This sub-chapter draws the site survey process and deliverables.
Chapter 3.2: Concept Design: Layout Proposal
The objective of this sub-chapter is to relate the layout process from the zoning to approval procedure.
Chapter 3.3: Concept Design: Perspectives Proposal
Every MFG restaurant project requires perspectives for a better understanding of the design. This sub-chapter focuses on the perspectives requirements and the approval procedure.
Chapter 3.4 - 3.5: Construction Documentations
This last stage of the design will guide on the MFG construction documentations standard and the material specifications.
Chapter 4: Bidding and CAPex Approval
The 4th chapter will guide step by step the process from contractor selection to CAPex finalization in order to achieve the most efficient cost for the project.
Chapter 5.1 – 5.4: Construction
These chapters deal with the site construction process and its documentation in order to finish the construction and handover the store within the project timeline.
Chapter 5.5: Handover
This last construction phase step traces the handovers stores process.
Chapter 6: Evaluations Phase
The 6th chapter aims to evaluate and identify gap of total process from the beginning until the end in order to identify improvement.
